Spiral Wound Gasket

Spiral Wound Gaskets are composed of a metallic continuous strip with a special shaped profile and a continuous filling strip (Asbestos, PTFE, Graphite). They are reinforced on the inner and outer diameter by several electrically welded metals. These gaskets offer perfect sealing under fluctuating pressure and temperature conditions, maintaining tight elastic recovery. Made to ASME B16.20 standards, they accommodate various operating conditions.
