The piston valve rings are crafted from high-quality graphite laminate with stainless steel tang metal sheet inserts. These rings are asbestos-free and maintenance-free, designed to withstand variable thermal expansions under alternating thermal loads. They ensure long-term sealing even in the most demanding conditions, handling media temperatures ranging from -40°C to +400°C and pressures up to 63 bar. Ideal for temperature shock operations and steam condensate alternating operations, these rings offer excellent thermal conductivity, minimal friction in valves, good thermal strength, and resistance to rust, alkali, and acid.
